I will miss working with Chuck! He was one of our night shift pharmacist and we always had such a great conversation every time I had to call him! I hope he is at peace now ❤️

My deepest condolences to Chuck's family and loved ones through this difficult time. I had the privilege to know Chuck for 10 years working with him. He gave his all in all that he did. A true perfectionist, making sure that everything was right, even if it meant staying over his time to see it through. By far, what will be missed the most is Chuck's sense of humor! He would have us all crying from laughing so hard and would keep a straight face through the joke that would make us all laugh even more! Oh Chuck, you left this world too soon, you had so much left to do, so much you put off for later. Wish you knew sooner your limited time and that you had a chance to enjoy all your hard work. Rest in peace, I hope you are at peace and thank you for your spirit, it was good to know you ❤️ With love, Diane Alvarez

It is with a heavy heart that I can say how much you will be missed Chuck. Every morning you greeted me with a smile. You always had a story that would make me laugh, but it was also with the passion that you had when you shared the story that makes you so memorable. Even up until the very last day, thank you for sharing your facial expressions, forever imprinted in my heart. It was my honor knowing you, thank you Chuck.

2nd Corinthians 5:8 Says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Chuck its hard to put into words what I want to say. I will miss our conversations in the morning before I go into work you always let me know what to expect for the day. We talked about your class Reunion and how you wanted to go see your classmates you haven't seen in a while. Thank you for your smile especially when Jake talked about the scratch off ticket he won it was priceless. There will be a void in our Pharmacy Department but not in our hearts. Rest in peace

Chuck. After 11 years, you weren't just a coworker, you were my friend. I've been trying to write this message for quite some time, and it's just so hard to put into words everything that I want to say. Any given day, no matter which personality I walked through the door with, your "Hey Pumpkin" never ceased to put a smile on my face. We literally had the same sense of humor, I could just say a couple of words, or you would just make a silly sound, and it would immediately be laughter until we couldn't breathe. You genuinely cared about every aspect of my life, and I appreciated you so much for that. You took a piece of my heart with you when you left, but I am so grateful to have had you in my life. I'll miss you every single day. Love you so much, -Reba

My prayers to Rhonda, Rachel & the entire family. Chuck was my cousin. He exposed me to some cool things in life such as BMW's, jazz music, a solid study & work ethic & being a Profesional Pharmacist. I was very proud of him. For as cool & as laid back as he was, which was most of the time he also didn't take any stuff & would tell you where you to go. He was genuine & heartfelt. He loved to laugh & enjoyed making others laugh just as much. He enjoyed life. I miss him already. - R.I.P cuz, Damon & family from N.C

Chuck was a great man working with him truly was a pleasure. He was funny and his stories would entertain me the entire night. There was never a dull moment with Chuck and at the same time he was extremely knowledgeable. He will be deeply missed and is irreplaceable in our department. He truly cared about his coworkers and there was even times that he would stay back off the clock to ensure everyone was ok. Rest in peace
