Glory be to God. As we mourn the loss of a great warrior, let us not forget that she is now marching in the army of the Lord. She was a devoted Christian and lived life accordingly. To my family, my prayers and love are always with you. Rest in Paradise Queen Elsie. You have touched so many lives and will surely be missed.

I am going to miss Mother Burton. Her and my family attended Second Chapel MBC. Mother Burton and my Mom were very good friends, they talked on the phone for hours. My Mom, Mother Turner, passed in 2022, and I had Mother Burton as my Mom. Take your long deserved rest. Please don't you and Turner get in any problem. Love and miss you.

Mother Elsie has touched the lives of many during her journey on earth. Her daily encouragements were so appreciated, and she will be tremendously missed.

Sit down servant! Elsie has taken her sit. Cousin you will be missed by a lot of people. Elsie was on this battlefield a long time. Prayers to the family and God will give you strength.

Elsie was my first cousin who was my mom's age. We had so many conversations that help enlighten me about some of my family's history. We laughed a lot together and she sent my prayerful thought daily. Those are the things I am going to miss. She had a Blessed and long life. She was a beautiful and loving person. I know that her wish for her children and grandchildren that they continue to live their lives and just keep her in their hearts--She is finally in a place of total peace. Much love to all of you.
